Description
The Forplast DB tape welding machine is a very powerful welding machine for applying 50 mm tape, or anti-vandalism tape that can be welded with a special sealant.
The hot-air welding unit has a heating power of 4000 W (230 V AC), which is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 700 °C. The drive unit is equipped with a powerful motor and a robust housing, ensuring fast operation and high pressure. The unit starts automatically after the welding head is rotated into position.
Moreover, the housing of the welding unit is supported by a three-point fastening system that compensates for small irregularities in the welding surface. This is further enhanced by the weight that is integrated into the housing and can be removed if necessary.
The Forplast DB reliably welds 50 mm wide tyres. The integrated, powerful Oval-AB hot-air blower produces a high air output of 360 litres per minute. Moreover, the Forplast DB features an advanced gear motor, made in Germany. The heat shield reinforces the generous rolling mechanism of the Forplast DB and prevents overheating and material deformation.
