The Forplast P welding machine is ideal for overlap welding, hem welding and welding seams. Available with nozzles 20, 30, 40 and 45 mm wide.

The Forplast P welding machine is an efficient and manoeuvrable welding solution for welding truck tarpaulins, tents and awning fabrics. It welds overlap seams of 20, 30, 40 and 45 mm. In addition, the machine can be converted to weld keder/tentkeder using a zoom welding kit.

The heating output of up to 4000 W (230 V AC) is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 700 °C and can therefore be individually adapted to different materials. A safe three-point contact surface ensures that the sailcloth is firmly pressed against the workpiece. Thanks to a new generation of nozzles, tarpaulins can be welded at speeds of up to 11 metres per minute.

In addition, the Forplast P features a sturdy carrying handle and a comfortable handle. Thanks to the agile and slimline design of the housing, the Forplast P is extremely suitable for use in the tarpaulin industry.
