The Forplast P2 is an agile and lightweight hot-air welding machine, ideal for advertising banners and car tarpaulins. It is also suitable for overlap, hem and feather welding of PVC, PE or PP tarpaulins.

The Forplast P2 welding machine is an efficient and versatile universal machine for welding truck tarpaulins, tents, awning fabrics and advertising banners. This hot-air welding machine produces overlap seams of 20, 30, 40 and 45 mm and can also be converted for keder/tentkeder welding. Moreover, by attaching a hem welding kit, the machine can easily be used to produce hems of 20 mm and 30 mm, as well as 40 mm and 45 mm. Accessories for welding keder, roofs and tape are also available for this machine.

The heating power of up to 4000 W (230 V AC) is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 700 °C and can therefore be individually adapted to different materials. After the welding head is rotated into position, the FORSTHOFF-P2 starts automatically. Moreover, the stepless speed control of the advanced motor generation, with a running speed of up to 18 metres/min, in combination with the clamping device, ensures wrinkle-free welding and thus optimum welding results. Moreover, a safe three-point support system ensures firm pressure on the sail.

Thanks to a new generation of nozzles, tarpaulins can be welded at speeds of up to 11 metres per minute. In addition, the unit features a sturdy carrying handle and a telescopic handle that can be individually adjusted to the user's height. The manoeuvrable and slim design of the housing makes the Forplast P2 ideally suited for use in the sectors of tarpaulins and advertising banners.
