The Forplast D roof welding machine is the ideal welding machine for welding thermoplastic roof membranes. This machine is also suitable as an overlap welding machine for welding heavy thermoplastic sheeting and films.

The Forplast D produces overlap seams of 40 mm or 45 mm. The 4000 W, 230 V heating element is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 700 °C and can thus be individually adapted to different materials. The integrated, powerful Oval-AB hot air blower delivers a powerful air flow of 360 litres per minute.

Moreover, the Forplast D automatic has an advanced gear motor, made in Germany. Thanks to the stepless speed control, a speed of up to 16 metres/minute can be achieved.

Combined with the clamping device for wrinkle-free welding, the tarpaulin and roofing machine achieves optimum welding results. The device starts automatically after swinging the welding head into position. In addition, a three-point support ensures safe pressure on the tarpaulin. This is additionally supported by the weight integrated in the Forplast D welding machine's housing, which can be removed if necessary.
