Die Forplast P2 ist eine wendige und leichte Heissluftschweissmaschine, ideal f\u00fcr Werbebanner und Autoplanen. Sie eignet sich auch zum \u00dcberlapp-, Saum- und Federschwei\u00dfen von PVC-, PE- oder PP-Planen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Schwei\u00dfmaschine Forplast P2 ist eine effiziente und vielseitige Universalmaschine zum Verschwei\u00dfen von LKW-Planen, Zelten, Markisenstoffen und Werbebannern. Diese Hei\u00dfluft-Schwei\u00dfmaschine produziert \u00dcberlappungsn\u00e4hte von 20, 30, 40 und 45 mm und kann auch zum Keder-\/Tentkederschwei\u00dfen umger\u00fcstet werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann die Maschine durch Anbringen eines Saumschwei\u00dfsatzes problemlos f\u00fcr die Herstellung von S\u00e4umen von 20 mm und 30 mm sowie 40 mm und 45 mm verwendet werden. Zubeh\u00f6r zum Schwei\u00dfen von Kedern, D\u00e4chern und B\u00e4ndern ist f\u00fcr diese Maschine ebenfalls erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Heizleistung von bis zu 4000 W (230 V AC) ist stufenlos von 20 bis 700 \u00b0C einstellbar und kann somit individuell an unterschiedliche Materialien angepasst werden. Nachdem der Schwei\u00dfkopf in Position gedreht wurde, startet der FORSTHOFF-P2 automatisch. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sorgt die stufenlose Geschwindigkeitsregelung der fortschrittlichen Motorengeneration mit einer Laufgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 18 Metern\/min in Kombination mit der Spannvorrichtung f\u00fcr faltenfreies Schwei\u00dfen und damit f\u00fcr optimale Schwei\u00dfergebnisse. Ein sicheres Drei-Punkt-Auflage-System sorgt zudem f\u00fcr einen festen Druck auf das Segel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dank einer neuen Generation von D\u00fcsen k\u00f6nnen Planen mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 11 Metern pro Minute verschwei\u00dft werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt das Ger\u00e4t \u00fcber einen stabilen Tragegriff und einen Teleskopgriff, der individuell auf die K\u00f6rpergr\u00f6\u00dfe des Anwenders eingestellt werden kann.
